Four problems L&D teams know well.

Tap one to see how Road MBA answers it. Where something is still being built, we say so in plain words.

Finding time to learn

Training competes with real work, and real work wins.

New managers learn it alone

Promoted for being great at the work, then left to figure out managing.

Bringing learning into the work

Every manager uses different words, and little of what people hear gets used.

Questions L&D teams ask us

Something missing? Write to info@roadmba.com.

Who is it for?

Every employee. The topics cover focus, communication, persuasion, habits, strategy, leadership and money, so new hires and senior leaders both find what they need.

How much time does it take?

About 10 minutes a day of listening. Most people listen while driving, commuting or walking, so it fits time they already have.

What is available today, and what is coming?

Today your team gets the 30-day audio program and a toolkit for every book. The team progress dashboard is available as an add-on, priced separately. Coming soon: AI skills that load everything learned in each book into the AI tool you already use, integration with your performance reviews, plans aligned with your company strategy, and a tracking dashboard for L&D leaders. We are building them with our first teams and add them as they are ready.

How do the episodes relate to the books?

Each episode is our own retelling of the key ideas of a classic business book, with real stories and a practical toolkit. It points people to the books, so they can go on to read the full work.

How do people get in?

They tap a sign-in link sent by email, and Road MBA opens in the phone's browser, signed in. They can add it to the home screen like an app.

What will we see about progress?

With the dashboard add-on, priced separately: who started, which topic each person is on, who finished and which content gets used. Listening time is shown as team totals. Before launch we agree with you what the dashboard shows, and each employee is told about it in the launch email.

What do employees keep?

Access to the episodes and the app, plus their toolkits as their own files to keep. All with a single payment.

Is Road MBA a degree or an accredited program?

No. Road MBA is a practical audio program on classic business books. It is not a degree, a diploma program or an accredited course.

How are the episodes made?

Our team writes each script from the book's key ideas, in our own words. Episodes are narrated with an AI voice and are in English.

How does payment work?

We send one quote and one invoice for the whole order. Prices are in USD before VAT. Full terms come with your quote.

Tell us about your team.

We will reply with a pilot proposal for your team, a sample episode, a toolkit and a look at the progress dashboard, so you can judge it yourself.
