These terms explain what you get when you use Road MBA, what you pay, and the rules for using it. They are written in plain language on purpose. By using roadmba.com, entering a code, or buying access, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Road MBA ("Road MBA", "we", "us") is an audio learning program. Road MBA is the seller of every Road MBA purchase and the party you contract with. We sell Road MBA to customers worldwide. You can reach us any time at info@roadmba.com.
Road MBA is a library of short audio episodes, each about one well-known business book, made to be heard while you drive, walk or commute. Each episode comes with a printable toolkit (the method on one page, plus 3 to 4 practice pages), and the full product also includes the episode transcripts and the sources we used. You get audio summaries and transcripts written by us, not copies of the original books.
Our episodes are independent summaries and commentary written in our own words. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by the authors or publishers of the books we discuss. Book covers are shown only to identify the books. For the full depth of any book, read the book.
Road MBA is not a university, does not grant an academic degree, and is not a substitute for professional, legal, financial or medical advice. The name is a nod to the idea of learning business on the road.
You get access with your email address. Keep access to that email, because it is how we recognize you and how we send your receipt and account emails. Access is personal: one person per purchase. You are responsible for what happens under your access, so do not share your access code or sign-in links.
You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent where you live, to buy or use Road MBA.
Your first episode is free and needs no card. If you choose "Not now" after it, you get 7 more days of free access: one new episode opens each day. No card is asked for and nothing is charged. On day 8 we show you the offer again on the site. We also send it once by email, but only if you ticked the box to get our emails when you asked for your free episode. If you do not buy, the extra free episodes close again and your first free episode stays open. Free access is offered once per person and email address.
We sometimes hand out gift or promo codes. A code gives exactly what it says at checkout, for example a discount or free access. Codes have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and may be limited in time or in number of uses. We may end a code at any time, but access you already unlocked with a valid code stays yours. If a code was obtained by fraud or shared in a way we did not intend, we may cancel the access it unlocked.
If Road MBA is not for you, for any reason, email info@roadmba.com within 14 days of your purchase, from the email you bought with, and we will refund the full amount you paid. No deductions, no forms and no questions asked. Refunds go back to the original payment method; how long they take to show depends on your bank or card. A refund closes your access to the program: the paid episodes and materials lock again. Access unlocked for free with a code has nothing to refund.
If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have a legal 14-day right to withdraw from online purchases, which ends once you ask for immediate access and access starts. Our money-back guarantee still applies within those same 14 days from your purchase.
You may listen, download where we offer it, and print the toolkits for your own personal learning. You may not copy, resell, rent, publish, upload, broadcast or share the audio, texts or toolkits, in whole or in part, or use them to train software, without our written permission. Using the content inside a company for a team needs a team license: write to us.
All Road MBA audio, texts, toolkits, design and brand are ours or used with permission. Book titles and author names belong to their owners.
We work to keep the site and audio available, but we cannot promise it will never be down. We may improve episodes, replace a book with a better one, or update materials over time; your access covers the current version of the library.
If we remove a title from the library, we tell buyers by email before it is removed and, where we replace it, the replacement is included at no cost. If we ever have to close Road MBA, we will tell you in advance by email and give you a way to download what you bought.
You can stop using Road MBA at any time. We may suspend or end access if someone breaks these terms, for example by sharing or reselling the content, or by misusing codes or payments.
Road MBA is provided for learning. The ideas in it are summaries of other people's books plus our commentary; how you use them is your decision. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.
Please listen safely. Do not handle your phone while driving: set up the episode before you start, and follow local traffic laws.
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change matters for what you already bought, we will tell you by email. Changes never take away lifetime access you already paid for.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under the consumer protection law of the country where you live. If a dispute cannot be solved between us, you can bring it to the competent courts, including your local courts where your consumer law gives you that right. Before anything formal, write to us: most things are solved by email.
